Shipping Policy — Portrait Path

 

OVERVIEW

All Portrait Path orders are custom-made and go through a creation, preview, approval, and production process before shipping.

Because your portrait is created from your uploaded photo, overall timing depends on how quickly the preview is approved and whether revisions are requested.

 

1. HOW DELIVERY WORKS

Order → Photo Upload → Preview → Revisions if needed → Approval → Production → Shipping → Delivery

 

2. PREVIEW DELIVERY

Your first preview is usually ready within 1–2 days after placing your order.

If we need a better photo or additional information before creating your portrait, this may extend the preview timeline.

 

3. REVISIONS

Revisions are included before approval.

Revision timing depends on the request, but most revisions are completed quickly. More detailed requests may take longer.

Overall order timing depends on customer feedback and approval speed.

 

4. CUSTOMER APPROVAL

Your order moves into production only after you approve your portrait preview.

Delays in approval will extend the overall delivery timeline.

 

5. PRODUCTION

Once approved, your portrait is prepared for printing, framing, and shipment.

Approved portraits are typically moved into production promptly, but production timing may vary during busy periods.

 

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Most orders are delivered 5–7 days after approval.

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

 

7. SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free on all Portrait Path orders.

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

8. TRACKING

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped and tracking information is available.

 

9. IMPORTANT NOTES

Requests for a new or better photo may extend the timeline.

Revision and approval timing affect overall delivery speed.

Orders cannot move into production until the preview is approved.

If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you with an update.

 

10. HOLIDAY AND HIGH-DEMAND PERIODS

During holidays or high-demand periods, previews, production, or carrier delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

 

11. DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your portrait arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@portraitpath.com.

Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.

If the issue qualifies, we will make it right with a replacement or another appropriate solution.
