Choose a clear photo where your pet’s face and eyes are easy to see. Photos that show the chest, front legs, or full pose often work best. Natural lighting helps, but most clear phone photos are perfect to get started.

If there’s ever a problem with the finished product you receive—such as damage, a printing issue, or something not arriving as ordered—just contact us and we’ll make it right.

Because you choose your portrait before purchase, the guarantee doesn’t include unlimited artistic changes after printing has begun. But if something genuinely isn’t right with your order, we want to hear from you and help.

The size you choose refers to the artwork itself; framed portraits will be slightly larger overall.

The Classic Walnut Frame upgrade gives your canvas portrait a more polished, finished presentation. Your portrait is printed on premium canvas, affixed to foam board for a clean, stable surface, and finished in a walnut-colored real wood frame with an acrylic front.

The Classic Walnut Frame has a 0.875" wide × 0.875" deep frame profile and arrives ready to hang and display.

The portrait size you choose refers to the printed artwork size. The outside frame dimensions will be slightly larger than the selected portrait size.

Yes! You can include up to 3 pets on one portrait. Just upload a single image of all your pet babies!

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on all Portrait Path orders.

If your portrait arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or another appropriate solution.
